Its main objective is to legitimize and defend the role of the distribution channel, that is, tour operators and travel agencies.
The Federation of Tourism Enterprises of Chile (FEDETUR), was created in March 2009 in order to represent the private tourism sector to work together with the State on public policies, laws and other actions that allow developing the full potential of tourism in Chile.
